Refund/Cancellaion Policy

Izzy Rocks Collectibles  is committed to provided great product and service to our clients.

LIMITED EDITION INFORMATION: Most of our collectibles will be limited editions (e.g. Knucklebonz).
REFUND POLICY: We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a refund. All returns MUST be initiated (Email notification)  WITHIN 3 DAYS after delivery of the product. The return item MUST be returned in the original box/packaging. Many of our items are Limited Editions, thus we might not be able to be replace them. In this case we would offer a refund (minus fees outlined below) of the original product purchase price.
Note: Due to age, many collectibles boxes will have wear and slight dings which are not included in our return policy as even when they are new they have imperfections.


For returns, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed (shipping fees can not be refunded). “Damaged goods” are defined as damage that has occurred prior to delivery of a shipment. Statues with damage due to improper handling or have been glued to the base are not returnable. Buyer is also responsible for shipping fees when returning item.

For Cancellations, if you completed an order (processed and paid fully) and would like to cancel, there will be a 5% cancellation charge which will be deducted on the refund. This covers the cost the Payment processor still charges Izzy Rocks even when you cancel.
